Meet Christina Vail, Au.D.

Dr. Christina Vail is a native of Towanda, PA. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University. She also received her teaching certificate in Hearing Impairment as part of her degree. She received her Master’s degree in Audiology from Syracuse University, and her Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is licensed in Pennsylvania. Dr. Vail has been the owner and operator of Vail Hearing Healthcare since 1996. Dr. Vail’s experience with hearing impairment spans even longer. Besides clinical audiology, her career has also included education audiology, and teaching Deaf and Hard of Hearing students at pre-school, elementary, and high school levels. She has also been an instructor of sign language at the high school ang college levels.

She specializes in the selection, fitting, programming and modification of state-of-the-art digital hearing technology for people of all ages. Dr. Vail’s graduate education, licensure, and extensive experience, combined with her small-town roots and values, ensures her patients receive the highest quality and most accessible hearing healthcare.

When Dr. Vail is not helping patients with their hearing healthcare needs, she enjoys skiing during the winter months, and being around the lake in the summer months.
